Melbourne Victory picked up a 1-1 draw against Brisbane Roar on Monday to stretch their unbeaten run to a club-record 13 games.
Victory are priced at 9/2 to win the A-League grand final and the point earned at Moreton Daily Stadium keeps them in third place on the ladder.
The run of form is even more remarkable considering Victory have had a tough schedule with the games coming thick and fast.
Just 72 hours earlier they had defeated Macarthur FC 4-1 and then had to make a quick dash to take on the Roar in Queensland. Just to make matters harder they were greeted with wet and windy conditions.

Alex Parsons had put the Roar in front but Victory came fighting back and a header by Brendan Hamill earned a share of the spoils. Much to the delight of Popovic.
"Today was our toughest test with a short turnaround in the real heavy conditions," Popovic told reporters after the game. "A fantastic point under the circumstances. Very happy with the group."
Victory have played seven matches so far in April and there is still one more to come to wrap up a hectic month.
"We're 13 undefeated. We've come away with four points away from home in two and a half days,” he added. “I'm still baffled by the scheduling, that we have to play today at two o'clock - but the players have shown how far they've come.
"They're a bit disappointed but they shouldn't be."
