Champions League: Reds looking to reach knockout phase

Liverpool can book their place in the last 16 of the Champions League on Wednesday if they earn a second successive victory over Atletico Madrid.

Once again bet365 has priced up several Champions League Specials for Wednesday's fixtures, including the Highest Scoring Team, Total Goals and Full Time Result - Enhanced Prices.

Reds ready for Atleti showdown

Liverpool's home meeting with Atletico, which gets underway at 20:00, is one of eight games scheduled to take place as Matchday Four comes to an end.

Bayern Munich and Juventus became the first two clubs to guarantee their spot in the last-16 on Tuesday, and Liverpool could join them tonight.

Ajax will also earn a route through to the knockout phase if they defeat Borussia Dortmund and Sporting Lisbon fail to pick up a win against Besiktas. You can follow the action on our Sports Live Streaming platform as the results come in.

City can pile on Brugge once again

When looking to take advantage of the Highest Scoring Team offer, punters wouldn't go far wrong in looking at Manchester City, priced at 5/2, to comfortably overcome Club Brugge.

City sit second in Group A, one point behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain, and they've notched 11 times in three games thus far.

Pep Guardiola's side plundered five of those 11 goals in the reverse fixture with Club Brugge last time out as they ran out 5-1 winners in Belgium.

After losing successive games across all competitions, Guardiola has demanded a response ahead of Saturday's trip to Manchester United and they could run riot at the Etihad.

Liverpool, who are priced at 10/1, are also worth considering in the Highest Scoring Team market despite the fact that they face a traditionally defensively sound Atleti side.

The Reds found the back of the net three times in the reverse, winning 3-2 in the Spanish capital, and have also registered 11 times in the group stage.

They have scored at least two goals in each of their last 12 games across all competitions and have bagged three or more in nine of those fixtures.

Goals expected at the Bernabeu

Real Madrid offer interest at 4/1 in the Highest Scoring Team market as they welcome Shakhtar Donetsk to the Bernabeu.

The Spanish giants responded to a shock loss against Sheriff Tiraspol to win 5-0 away to Shakhtar.

Bet365 are also offering up a market on how many goals will be scored across all eight of Wednesday's matches.

Under 25.5 goals can be backed at 8/11 with over 25.5 available at 1/1.

There were 27 goals scored across the eight fixtures on Tuesday and, with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, Ajax, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid all in action tonight, it's likely that tally could be exceeded.

bet365 has over 28.5 goals priced at 11/4 and under 28.5 at 1/4.

Moving away from the enhanced goals markets, bet365 is offering up Full Time Result - Enhanced Prices across all of Wednesday's games.

PSG eager to stay clear of City

Group A leaders Paris Saint-Germain have been boosted to 147/100 to overcome 43/25 RB Leipzig and immediately jump off the page.

The Parisians have clicked over recent weeks, beating Leipzig 3-2 in the reverse during a four-game unbeaten streak.

Leipzig, in contrast, have lost all three of their outings in the Champions League this season.

Ajax also offer fantastic value at a boosted price of 69/50 to win on their travels against 46/25 Borussia Dortmund.

The Dutch giants are one of the form teams in Europe and the opportunity to reach the last 16 offers extra motivation to come out on top.

Erik ten Hag's men have conceded just three goals across all competitions, keeping 11 clean sheets in 14 fixtures.

They were 4-0 winners when hosting Borussia Dortmund on Matchday Three and haven't lost on the road since December 2020.

Porto have been boosted to 29/10 to pick up a win against 24/25 AC Milan Group B's 17:45 kick off at the San Siro.

Milan looking for Euro spark

Milan are a force to be reckoned with domestically, sitting second in Serie A on goal difference, but that form hasn't found it's way into the Champions League.

The Italian outfit prop up Group B without a single point to show from their first three engagements and an early exit looks on the cards.

Porto are third and level on points with second-place Atletico Madrid and can massively boost their hopes of challenging for a last 16 spot.

They have lost just two of their last 24 games across all competitions and earned a 1-0 victory over Milan in the reverse.

For those looking at placing an accumulator on this evening's Champions League action, bet365's Accumulator Bonus is available, although it won't be active if you place a bet using the Full Time Result - Enhanced Prices.

You can get a bonus of up to 70% on accumulators with 3+ selections providing the bet has been placed pre-match.

The bonus is dependent on the number of selections, is capped at £100,000 and will be applied to returns when all matches have finished.
