Connections of Nations Pride will decide whether to supplement for the Cazoo Derby by Friday after the colt impressed in his work on Wednesday morning.
Nations Pride, who also has the option of the Prix du Jockey Club a day after the Epsom Classic on Saturday week, is 6/1 for the former, and it will cost connections £75,000 if they opt to add their charge to the Epsom field next week.
The son of Teofilo was the subject of high praise from Charlie Appleby at the start of the week when the trainer said he was the horse most likely to give Godolphin a third Derby success in five years.
Nations Pride followed up a win in Dubai in February with a seven-length victory in last month's Listed Newmarket Stakes.
He has won four of his five starts, with his only defeat coming when second on his debut at Yarmouth last September.

Appleby provided Sheikh Mohammed with Derby winners Masar in 2018 and Adayar last year and has Walk Of Stars and Nahanni entered for the Epsom Classic.
He ran three in the race last year - when apparent third-string Adayar was successful in a race featuring Hurricane Lane and One Ruler - and is considering doing so again by adding Nations Pride to the line-up.
Speaking on Wednesday morning, Appleby said: "Nations Pride has impressed in his work at Moulton Paddocks this morning with William Buick on board. A decision will be made in the next 48 hours whether he will be supplemented for the Derby."
