Port Adelaide have been handed a huge boost with the news that star forward Charlie Dixon will make a return to action with some minutes in the SANFL on Saturday.
Port are priced at 10/3 to play finals this season and appear to be recovering from a horror start after winning their last two games.
Dixon has not played this season after undergoing an ankle operation in the off-season. He has suffered a couple of setbacks on the road to recovery but finally looks to be making progress.
The 31-year-old will now play a part against Woodville-West Torrens on Saturday as he looks to take another step towards his Power return.

More pain to come warns Simpson
It is also a big weekend for Port when they take on the Western Bulldogs who thrashed them by 71 points in last season’s preliminary final.
The two sides meet again at the same venue of that defeat, the Adelaide Oval, but they are in no position to think about revenge according to assistant coach Brett Montgomery.
"With where this group sits today, it won't be revenge," he said. "We're not in that conversation today and we're not at that position with how our season has unfolded.
"This is another big game. I don't think you will find in our camp that it will be built up anymore than it is, another opportunity to win.
"Where we sit today, we don't have the luxury to look back and see this match as a revenge game."
