Perth Glory have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Nick Fitzgerald for the remainder of the 2021/22 A-League campaign.
Glory have set their sights on playing finals football this season and coach Richard Garcia believes the experienced Fitzgerald will be a valuable addition to his ranks.
The forward is only 29 years old but is much-travelled around the A-League having already represented Central Coast Mariners, Brisbane Roar, Melbourne City, Western Sydney Wanderers and Newcastle Jets.
He knows how to win a championship having done it with both the Roar and Mariners, while he also won the FFA Cup during his time with Melbourne City.

Garcia hails outstanding Glory
He has most recently been with Indian Super League club Jamshedpur FC but is now back on home soil and cannot wait to get started with Glory.
"I’m really excited to be back in the A-League and playing with Perth Glory," he told the club's website. "I’m looking forward to the challenge and helping the boys to try and achieve something good this year.
"It’s been difficult being away from Perth, but we’re still hoping to get back there and play in front of the Glory Members and fans."
Fitzgerald is in the Glory squad that will take on Central Coast Mariners on Sunday and Garcia believes he will add more quality and experience to his attack.
"Nick is an experienced A-League player who will bring us another experienced option in attack," Garcia added. "He’s determined to prove his quality at this level again and has settled well within the squad."
