Gold Coast Titans coach Justin Holbrook has made big changes for the clash with Manly with AJ Brimson being switched from the halves to fullback.
The Titans are priced at 11/4 to finish in the top eight, just like last season, but have so far only managed to win two out of their opening five games.
The 30-4 defeat against the North Queensland Cowboys last weekend was the last straw for Holbrook who has lost patience with his spine.
Jamayne Isaaco has been left out altogether. Brimson will move to fullback with Will Smith set to come in to the halves to partner Toby Sexton.

Jayden Campbell is still battling back from a rib injury and has been named on the extended bench for the Sea Eagles clash.
Meanwhile Sexton felt that Brimson was doing a fine job playing five-eighth, even though the jury is still out on him playing there.
Sexton accepts changes are often made when things are not going well, and he too has to raise his own level of performance.
"I think it's a big thing for my own game. There are obviously areas I have to be better at," Sexton said. "I need to go back to playing the game because I enjoy it and not having all the pressure on me.
"If I can go back to basics it will do a lot to fix up my own game. AJ (was) doing an outstanding job at No.6. It's just because we're losing everyone is trying to come up with ways to improve us."
