Pinstriped will be bidding to give trainer Enver Jusufovic a maiden Group 1 success when he lines up in Saturday's Australian Guineas at Flemington.
The son of Street Boss is undefeated in three career starts and is currently 9/2 for the 1600-metre contest.
Also leading the Victorian contingent for the race, Pinstriped is likely to come up against the Spring Champion Stakes winner Profondo.
"It is what it is, he's an outstanding individual that horse, they don't give you Group 1s, you've got to earn it. It's going to be a fascinating race but Profondo, would you say he's better suited over 2000 metres?," Jusufovic told Racing.com.
"He's (Profondo) first-up, my fella, I think he should peak. It'll be a great race."

Pinstriped made it three wins from three starts when scoring in the Group 3 CS Hayes Stakes over 1400 metres on his latest outing and will take the step up to a mile today, a trip that Jusufovic feels the gelding has been crying out for.
"I'm not perturbed at all," Jusufovic said. "He's a big, athletic horse, he's got a really good stride on him and he's quite relaxed, so I think he's crying out for the mile."
Jusufovic also admitted a potential wet track, with rain forecast on both Friday and Saturday, would not be any inconvenience to the colt after proving he handles a heavy track well.
"I certainly wasn't sure how he would cope with those conditions (C S Hayes Stakes), but he was pretty much a class above, I think he handled it as well as any other horse in the race," he said.
