Patrick Mahomes paid tribute to Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills after engineering the incredible comeback that resulted in Kansas City's 42-36 overtime win that sets up an AFC Championship game between the Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Chiefs, who have made it through to their fourth straight conference title game, are 10/11 -7 points on the Spread for next Sunday's contest, with the Bengals at 27/10 on the Money Line to win at Arrowhead Stadium.
The stadium fell silent when Allen led the Bills, who were trailing by four, on a 75-yard touchdown drive within just 49 seconds to retake the lead just moments after Tyreek Hill's 64-yard score for the Chiefs.

There were only 13 seconds left for Mahomes to pull something out of the bag when the Bills elected to kick deep for the touchback, but the fifth-year triggerman executed on a couple of well-drawn up plays to Hill and tight end Travis Kelce put his team within field goal range.
Harrison Butker, who had missed from 50 yards out as time expired in the first half, made his game-tying attempt from 49 yards to send the teams into overtime, with Mahomes then underscoring his claims to be the MVP.
The quarterback, who drove the Chiefs down the field before connecting with Kelce again on the game-winning score, said that he fully expects the Bills to stand in Kansas City's way again in future classic playoff contests.
"We're gonna play this team a lot of times in games like this," Mahomes told reporters of the Bills, who have now seen their season end at the hands of the Chiefs in consecutive years.
"With that quarterback, with that coaching staff and the players they have, it's going to be a lot of battles."
