The Brisbane Broncos are expected to secure the future of Te Maire Martin following an impressive start to his career with the club.
The Broncos are priced at 7/4 to make the top eight of the NRL and have given their chances a boost after winning the last two games.
It may be no coincidence that the Broncos have picked up the back-to-back wins as Martin made his return to NRL footy.
Following a lengthy break from the game Martin has played at fullback in the two wins against the Bulldogs and the Sharks and has caught the eye with his performances.

The 26-year-old will make his third appearance on the spin when he once again takes the No.1 jersey against South Sydney on Thursday night.
The former Cowboys and Panthers player originally signed on a development deal. However it now looks as though Martin will pen a new contract to take him through until the end of the 2024 NRL campaign.
The news will delight Broncos coach Kevin Walters who has been impressed with the way Martin has returned to the NRL.
“That stuff (contract negotiations) is out of my lane, but we expect to re-sign Te Maire for a couple of years,” Walters said. “He has been really good for us, he has been a great pick-up for us.
"I didn’t really know how quickly he could accelerate but he is playing good footy and since he has been at the back, we look a different team in attack, so he’s doing a great job for us."
