Patty Mills will represent Brooklyn on Saturday night in the All-Star weekend's three-point contest and he has taken some advice from his Nets team-mates ahead of the event.
Team LeBron are 5/11 to win Sunday's All-Star Game and Team Durant can be backed at 9/5.
Nets star Joe Harris won the three-point contest in 2019 and Kyrie Irving came out on top back in 2013, and Mills says he has asked the two stars for their thoughts before he takes part on Saturday.
"Joe was the first one that I spoke to about it and yeah, he gave me some pointers, gave me some tips, obviously, as a champion himself, and so did Ky," said Mills, via the New York Post. "I've got some good backing and I'll carry their advice with me hopefully to be another champion on the team."

There are two other events on Saturday ahead of the main event on Sunday; the Slam Dunk contest and the Skills Challenge.
New York Knicks forward Obi Toppin, Houston Rockets guard Jalen Green, Orlando Magic guard Cole Anthony and Golden State Warriors forward Juan Toscano-Anderson are involved in the Slam Dunk contest.
The Skills Challenge is a team event between three three-man teams. Team Rooks sees three youngsters from the 2021 NBA Draft join forces, Giannis Antetokounmpo links up with brothers Thanasis and Alex to form Team Antetokounmpo and Team Cavs are representing host city Cleveland.
