Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy saluted the performance of Cameron Munster after the playmaker starred in the 34-18 win over Cronulla on Saturday.
The Storm are priced at 16/5 to win the 2022 NRL grand final and if Munster stays in this kind of form they are in with a chance of going all the way.
Melbourne scored five tries compared to Cronulla’s three. Munster scored one of them and had a hand in another three to put in a man-of-the-match performance.
Munster has had one or two issues away from the field but has got his act together and Bellamy believes he is now reaping the rewards of that. And he believes there is even more to come from the playmaker.

"He just seems to be a little bit more in control around footy and life in general so that's a great thing," Bellamy told reporters after the game. "His consistency this year has been at a real high level so I think he'll just get better and better."
The Sharks have had an outstanding start to the season but came unstuck against the Storm at AAMI Park.
The loss of former Storm star Dale Finucane after just eight minutes hit their chances hard. The Sharks skipper suffered a concussion and after failing the HIA could not return to the pitch.
"Ultimately, we had too many soft defensive errors there that ended up hurting us, they put us under a bit of pressure and we sort of got away from how we've been playing," coach Craig Fitzgibbon lamented.
