Brooklyn Hustle will be given a chance at the Robert Sangster Stakes at Morphettville on 7th May, her 11th start at the highest level.
Jason Warren and Dean Krongold are leaving nothing to chance in their bid to secure a Group 1 race with the daughter of Starspangledbanner, who is priced at 10/1 to claim the spoils and you can follow the action on our Sports Live Streaming hub.
Brooklyn Hustle, a five-year-old mare, is yet to win, or place, in her 10 previous tries, however, her form continually warrants her a start at Group 1 level and she did finish fifth to Instant Celebrity in the race last year.
At her last start she finished second in the inaugural running of The Discovery at Sale on 15th April and, when speaking about the plans for Brooklyn Hustle, Warren revealed she was sent to Adelaide on Thursday.
"I just liked the idea of giving her that final gallop on the course proper on Tuesday and it also gives her the time to settle in," Warren said.
"She's a good traveller but just giving her the extra few days is more beneficial."
Brooklyn Hustle is likely to head on to Brisbane following Saturday's outing, with Warren adding: "The Stradbroke looks like it will be a strong race this year, so it will be one of them, but I would say we'll chicken out and go to the Group 2.
"But if she can win in Adelaide, I would say we'll have to go to the big one in Brisbane for sure."
