French sprinting ace Suesa is on course for a tilt at next month's King's Stand Stakes after finishing third at Longchamp on Sunday.
Trained by Francois Rohaut, the four-year-old daughter of Night Of Thunder was sent off favourite at Longchamp in the Prix de Saint-Georges but could only manage third behind winner Ponntos.
However, Suesa's trainer felt there was enough encouragement from the performance to continue on the path to Royal Ascot and a Group 1 target on the opening day. You will be able to follow the action via our Sports Live Streaming service.
Suesa ran at the royal meeting over six furlongs last year when eighth in the Commonwealth Cup, but she has not raced over that trip since. She is 16/1 to win the King's Stand Stakes.

She took her form to new heights over five furlongs in the King George Qatar Stakes at Goodwood, blitzing the field to win by three lengths, and Rohaut is hopeful she can return to her best next month.
The King's Stand could be a very international affair with US raider Golden Pal and the Australia-based Nature Strip at the head of the market.
"She'll go to the King's Stand," said Rohaut. "The winner was a surprise, but they’ve run the time you would expect to see from an Abbaye winner. She ran better and while she hasn’t totally reassured us, she showed more of her fighting spirit.
"We'll try and have her capable of reproducing her best form in June. I have mixed feelings in that I was hoping she would be back to her best and that we could head to Ascot with a fanfare. We'll look at the sectional times but the filly looked a lot more willing and ready for the fight."
