South Sydney have confirmed they will hand a debut to Isaiah Tass, while Cody Walker will make his 150th Rabbitohs appearance against Manly.
The Rabbitohs are priced at 53/100 to beat the Sea Eagles in Gosford on Friday night and it is a big night for both players.
Centre Tass impressed during a 15-minute cameo against the Sharks a couple of weeks ago and Souths coach Jason Demetriou says he fully deserves his chance from the start.
It will be even more special considering he will play alongside Walker and Demetriou is backing him to shine.

"You're playing outside Cody Walker, it's pretty exciting for any centre," Demetriou told reporters ahead of the game. "We know what he can do, he's done it in reserve grade, he's had a great start to his NRL career and he's earned the right to start in that position.
"He's been in form in NSW Cup so I'm looking forward to him getting his first start. Slots in nicely."
Quite amazingly Walker only made his NRL debut at 26. Now 32 he is one of the best in the game and Demetriou is delighted for him.
"To not only get an opportunity but to play 150 games is pretty special,” the Souths coach added. "I know his family and his friends in the team are really proud of him and hopefully he can go out there tomorrow night and put on a performance that reflects that.
"He's been really good the last few weeks. He's smiling and bouncing around again."
