Western Sydney Wanders have appointed Mark Rudan as their new coach until the end of the season following the sacking of Carl Robinson on Sunday.
The Wanderers are priced at 6/5 to finish in the top six of the A-League and the club's hierarchy believe that Rudan is the man to take them there.
The Wanderers board opted to sever ties with Robinson on Sunday after deciding enough is enough with the club languishing second from bottom on the A-League ladder.
The 3-0 defeat to fellow strugglers Brisbane Roar was the final straw and Robinson leaves the club having picked up just one win in the 2021/22 A-League campaign.

Wanderers have now brought in Rudan, who has been out of work since leaving Western United at the end of last season and chief executive John Tsatsimas believes he is the ideal man for the job.
Wanderers are now on their fifth coach in five years with Rudan arriving after Josep Gombau, Markus Babbel, Jean Paul de Marigny and Robinson all got the axe.
But Tsatsimas insists they have learned from their mistakes and Rudan is the man to take them into the top six.
"The narrative out there is certainly the case," he added. "I appreciate what's being said out there. Notwithstanding all of that we've made some mistakes along the way.
"We just need success on the pitch and we believe Mark will be the one who brings it along and we believe that come April or May that it'll be happy days at the Wanderers."
