Western United chalked up their sixth 1-0 win of the season when seeing off Western Sydney Wanderers to return to the top of the A-League ladder.
Western are priced at 7/1 to win the 2021/22 A-League minor premiership and picked up another valuable three points against the Wanderers on Saturday night.
Western missed out on finals last season under the leadership of now Wanderers boss Mark Rudan, but are flying with new coach John Aloisi at the helm.
Western are proving very hard to break down and are managing to find a way through at the other end as they continue to pick up the wins.

Western go second after City win
On this occasion it was new signing Aleksandar Prijovic who grabbed the decisive goal in the 29th minute when he fired home after good work from Steven Lustica.
Western had to ride their luck at times with the Wanderers missing some excellent chances to go on and win the game, but they held on to take the points.
Aloisi admits he is unsure why they keep on winning games 1-0 but he is not complaining and is delighted to see all their hard work pay off.
"I can't give you a reason why we are winning one-nil all the time but we're happy that we're hard to beat," Aloisi told reporters after the game. "That's what we've mentioned throughout the season and throughout pre-season.
"We will score goals and make sure the opposition don't find it easy to break through us. And they are finding it tough."
