Champion trainer Ben Yole had another day to remember when dominating the New Norfolk Pacing Cup meeting in Hobart on Australia Day.
Yole, who is the leading training in the whole of Australia as things stand, picked up six out of the seven winners on the Hobart card - the third time he has achieved the feat in his career.
Yole took out the big race on the card when Where Ya Bin saluted in the $14,000 Paulys Pizza New Norfolk Pacing Cup, beating Colby Sanze by 1.5metres while Kardesler had to settle for third spot.
Bronte Miller was in the sulky and was delighted with the way the race panned out.
"It played out quite well, and he was feeling well coming into the last corner, and I was confident he was going to run top five, but winning is even better," Miller told reporters after the race.
Meanwhile Yole also had plenty of praise for concession reinsman Miller and felt she fully deserved the win.
"She is a young girl having a real go, and we love it when she drives a winner," Yole said.
Where Ya Bin was not among the hot fancies ahead of the race and may have surprised a few, not so Yole, who had every faith in his charge.
"He has been very good since he came from Victoria, and he had pretty good stand form and long-distance form in WA, so we expected him to run a good race, he just needed the luck to go his way, and it was a perfect drive," Yole said.
Yole's other winners on the night were Heidi Go Seek, Captain Cosmonaut, Raffas Ace, Brian Who and Ultimate Me.
